Abstract

The purpose of the work presented here was to develop methodologies for obtaining answers to these questions, and to try out these methodologies. Below, the new methodologies are described, along with the procedures employed in developing them and trying them out. Some initial findings from applying the new methodologies are also given. Finally, some recommendations regarding follow-through activities are offered. The work described here was carried out by eight staff members of the Curriculum Development Centre (Pusat Kurikulum) of the Office for Research and Development (Balitbang) of the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture.
