Abstract
The objective of this study is to increase productivity of counselor teachers to implement their jobs and functions as counselor teachers. This study used action research that focused on the supervision process. The subject of this
study was counselors teachers in SMAN 11 Samarinda. This study implemented five procedures of activities, including: planning, action, reflection, and followup. Data were obtained from a series of observation. This study revealed the following findings. First, the use of methods to increase
motivation and creativity evidently improved productyvity of counselors teachers providing awareness on their functions via Standart of service development value, responsibility of job as counselor teachers at school.
Second, the evaluation result indicated that the use of methodes of motivation and increasing creativity improved of productivity and job attainment as well as responsibility on the job at school.
