The purpose of this study are: 1) want to know is there a difference between learning
outcomes in subjects CNC between students who use the software MASTERCAM and do not
use the software on a SMK Malang, 2) want to know is there a significant effect between the
attitudes of students on a CNC subjects using software and without software MASTERCAM to
learn the lessons of a CNC at SMK Malang, 3) want to know is there any interaction between
students’ attitudes and use of software and without software MASTERCAM against CNC on
learning outcomes in a SMK Malang. The study concluded: 1) CNC learning using teaching
approaches using software MASTERCAM result is better than on learning approach that
uses software to teach without MASTERCAM. It was found that the results of lessons learned
in programming CNC on students who are taught by teaching approach using the software
MASTERCAM higher than the students who are taught to use teaching approaches without
MASTERCAM software, 2) there is a significant relationship between students’ attitudes
to learning CNC programming with learning outcomes CNC CNC in the subject, 3) no
interaction between teaching approach (using software and without software MASTERCAM
MASTERCAM) with the attitude of students on the lessons of the learning CNC programming
CNC in the subject. Advice, for the teacher: 1) teachers need to be productive CNC subjects
instill to the students about the importance of CNC control subjects, so that by itself will
be embedded a good attitude towards the subjects of this CNC, it is because the function of
these subjects that can provide employment opportunities for students when the graduate,
2) in applying the approach to teaching using the software MASTERCAM, teachers should
pay attention to the factors of productive CNC student characteristics, memory, achievement
motivation, study habits, learning styles in order to obtain an optimal learning outcomes,
3) to get a more complete lessons on students’ attitudes toward the CNC, it is suggested to
other researchers to examine in greater depth by using a more varied instruments, 4) further
research needs to seek to integrate several variables such as teaching approach with student
characteristics, and learning styles of students to uncover its influence on the results learning
as the dependent variable.
